Special Event Request Form

ATTN: Submissions should be made 5-7 days prior to the event and responses are via return email within that 7-day period. 
While most of them are answered same-day or the next day, some require inquiries and can take a few days to get answers.

Minor Hockey Association: Edmonton Minor Hockey Association

1. The practice is to be held at a community league rink and the coach/team management has made an inspection of the facility to insure the safety of the team.
2. Only on-ice assistants who are registered on the team sheet are covered by CHA insurance.
3. Players are in full equipment.

The following will not be sanctioned by Hockey Alberta:
Hockey Schools that are not approved by the EMHA, summer hockey teams, any activity that is against the law or any event that has alcohol available in the same area as minors.
