HOW TO REGISTER

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED IN THE CLINIC UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. WE NOW HAVE ONLINE PAYMENT!! IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PAY ONLINE, YOU THEN MUST CONTACT LOREE AT THE OFFICE TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS.

e-Learning is now called e-Hockey If you have already created an e-Learning account, it is now your e-Hockey account, your username and password are the same. Use your e-Hockey account to sign up for clinics, change your personal information in the HCR or to see what qualifications you have. If you have not already set up an e-Hockey account, you will need your HCR number. This must be obtained from your Registrar before you can create an account.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be issued without 48 hour notice prior to clinic - NO exceptions. Notice must be provided via email to loree.dawson@hockeyedmonton.ca
No-Shows will forfeit the entire registration fee, even if you show up at the next clinic as you will be deemed unregistered - NO exceptions
Refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee.
This policy is put in place due to very lengthy waiting lists, and if you no-show at one and turn up at the next one, you are taking a spot away from another coach.
A $35 charge will be added to all NSF cheques

CLINIC LOCATIONS

All clinics are held at the Hockey Edmonton office unless otherwise posted. Our address is 10618-124 Street. Our phone number is 780-413-3498 and email is loree.dawson@hockeyedmonton.ca

Please do not park IN the Alberts Restaurant parking lot or along side of it on 106 Ave, if attending a weekend clinic.

Do not park in the parking lot of the apartment complex to the north of our building, nor in the parking lot of the law firm to the south of our building - you WILL be towed.

QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION DEADLINE

For the 2012-2013 season is November 15, 2012.

ATTENDANCE

Attendance is MANDATORY and taken randomly throughout the clinic. Please make arrangements for your team practices, games, photos, etc. as you will not receive qualification/certification if any segments are missed. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

MEALS

Beverages, coffee, water, asst pastries will be provided - "brown bag it" is recommended as meals are not provided. As well, there are several restaurants surrounding Hockey Edmonton and various delivery menus are available.
