MEDICAL FORMS
I need to collect medical forms from all PLAYERS and COACHES. Please print this form and bring them filled to the next practice. If you do not have access to a printer we will have some at the next practice.

The Association has now a Facebook page. They have asked to let parents know to “like†the page as they will be using this Social Media tool for general updates:

APPAREL
? SGMHA has entered into an agreement for this season with Home Run Sports for team apparel. We have apparel in the Budget so please have a peek and we can discuss what we can look at getting for the team.
We are all required to order from Home Run Sports for team apparel. They are also going to have an online store (details to come soon) where parents can order directly from them.

We had given out the code of Conduct and a budget that was reviewed and signed by most of you already, If you have not done so yet please see me at our next practice to do so, or to bring forward any questions you may have. And all SEED checks need to be made out to SG871, and the amount is $175. I have a managers meeting on Wednesday so will be forwarding any information i get from it on to you all as well.
